Zumbo Patisserie
Zumbo Patisserie
Luchetti Krelle designed a Sydney patisserie as a homage to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for a prominent confectionary figure. The establishment features a unique layout with a non-traditional patisserie on one side, allowing patrons to observe desserts displayed behind glass, akin to an art gallery, and place orders with staff members. On the opposite side, there is a café area furnished with high stools around a central bench, where customers can select desserts from a conveyor belt in motion. The whimsical café is adorned with Lottus stools from Enea.
