GroupGSA transformed Sydney Water's Parramatta headquarters into a dynamic and collaborative environment, emphasizing open-plan layouts and wellness spaces. The redesign project incorporates natural tones and repurposed materials to create a modern, efficient workspace.
Inspired by the colors of natural watering holes, the design features shades of blue and green, with deeper tones centered in the collaborative areas on each floor, gradually lightening towards the edges. These spaces offer a variety of furnishings, including informal collaboration booths and lounges, such as Nido Lounge Chairs from Sancal, with fixed upholstery and wooden legs. The entire floor is dedicated to employee wellbeing, providing an inviting space for relaxation, recharging, and socialising.
