Rosegold Apartment
This 85-square-meter apartment was created by dividing a larger unit in Barcelona's Ensanche Derecho district. Originally, the spacious apartment had two facades facing Enric Granados Street and a central courtyard. The division, however, disrupted the original layout, moving the entrance to the rear of the space. This change now directs the natural flow toward a spacious interior gallery overlooking the courtyard. The apartment's valuable 'nolla' mosaic flooring, with its intricate patterns and vibrant colors, was carefully preserved.
In the modern living room with white walls, a patterned tiled floor, and a gold-toned wall separating the main space from a balcony.
