Sydney's new Walter Reid Reserve in the old Paddington Reservoir is a bold new initiative from the City of Sydney that sees EMU and Christope Pillet's Round collection in use as loose outdoor furniture for the local community to rearrange and interact with as they see fit. Round Chair models with an aluminium finish were selected to tie in with the industrial accents of the old reservoir.
Its carefully curated design encourages spontaneous interactions, as locals are invited to rearrange and personalize their outdoor experience, fostering a sense of community and shared ownership of this revitalized urban space.
