Missouri State University – Davis Harrington Welcome Center

Product details

In the competitive landscape of higher education, making a strong first impression is essential. Missouri State University’s new 13,000 square foot facility builds upon the institution’s long-standing history and brand, acting as the “front door” to the campus at its main entrance. This facility not only serves as the starting point for campus visits but also features a two-story lobby and a 100-seat presentation room equipped with Tipo chairs from Aichi.

This versatile space hosts special events, including press conferences, guest lectures, and networking gatherings. The University sought a “signature piece of architecture,” and the resulting design is both cost-effective and grand in scale. Visitors can explore the University through interactive displays at their own pace or join a guided tour that starts in the lobby, moves through the presentation room, continues along the linear gallery, and finally leads them out onto the campus.
