Marriott International has opened its headquarters in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. The 21-story, 785,000-square-foot building, certified LEEDv4 Gold, now hosts corporate associates facilitating operations for over 8,100 hotels across 139 countries and territories. This building has been designed to support and increase connectivity among their global workforce.
Diverse and dynamic spaces, alongside state of the art technology is offered to boost productivity and innovation. Additionally, the headquarters serves as a pivotal hub for Marriott's research and development operation, housing its Innovation and design lab.
Demonstrating their dedication to quality and innovation, Marriott opted for smart furniture pieces from Andreu World, including Carola, Tauro, and Reverse to furnish their new headquarters.
