JLL, a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management, sought to push the boundaries of traditional office design for their latest workspace. As one of the inaugural tenants in the highly acclaimed RBC Gateway Building, newly constructed on the edge of the vibrant North Loop in Downtown Minneapolis, JLL aimed to create a dynamic and innovative environment.
The space was intentionally designed to foster interaction, with multiple areas that encourage socialization and collaboration. Teams are naturally brought together as they navigate the office, creating opportunities for connection. At the heart of the design is the Belmont lounge chairs designed by Terry Crews for Bernhardt Design, which features layered foam of varying densities for added comfort and a tall back for head support. The result is a sleek, modern workplace that exudes professionalism and energy, while also reflecting the flight-to-quality trend currently shaping the office market.
