Savills Portugal undertook a project to refurbish the communal spaces of Lisbon's Green Park building in Portugal, with a particular focus on the entrance lobby. The main aim was to elevate the entrance area beyond mere functionality, creating a welcoming and visually pleasing space. Neutral tones of black and beige were deliberately selected to harmonize with the building's existing marble stone base. Additionally, the incorporation of natural elements like wood, green walls, and lush plants, along with the premium furniture selections from Andreu World, further enhance the feeling comfort and overall quality of the building.
