Casa Refogliano is a stunning property nestled in the unspoiled Umbrian hills, near the charming town of Piegaro. Designed for a Dutch family, the house was project-managed by Special Umbria and completed in 2016. The project features traditional local stone, while the interior showcases natural materials and details, including the Star Chair by EMU. The design blends harmoniously with its surroundings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Outside, a spacious veranda overlooks the heated pool, providing ample room for relaxation. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views stretching towards Montepulciano, Città della Pieve, Panicale, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, and the distant Tuscan hills. The pool area is surrounded by sunbeds, with a shaded lounge area and a pétanque court, offering a perfect balance of comfort and leisure.
