Rooted in the company's identity, the Mumbai office design prioritises biophilia and outdoor connections, aligning with LEED and WELL certification standards. Ultraconfidentiel's design for Brookfield Asset Management, which emphasises collaboration and well-being, required furniture that aligned with these goals.

Andreu World's Raglan modular sofas, perfectly suited for common areas, and Nuez Chairs, Nuez Lounge BIO Chairs, and Capri Lounge Chairs, ideal for meeting room relaxation, contributed to the office's ambience. In cafeteria spaces, Smart Chairs and Quattro Tables complemented the overall design.

Andreu World's furniture selection was instrumental in achieving the project's certification goals. The company's diverse collection, offering a range of sizes, finishes, and configurations, allowed for seamless integration into the office's various spaces.
