Design agency SpaceInvader, recognized for its innovative workplace design, recently completed a 25,683 sq ft office project in Broadgate, London, for client Aldermore. The new office design emphasizes contemporary working practices with a focus on team wellbeing, incorporating a dedicated wellbeing area and quiet zones to support a balanced and productive work environment.
One of the most distinctive aspects of the project was the brief to reflect the African ownership and culture of Aldermore’s parent company, FirstRand Group. The design incorporates furniture from Sancal, adding vibrancy to the workspace. The overall aesthetic is fresh and rich, featuring natural textures and abundant planting inspired by the African Savannah, creating an environment that feels light, dynamic, and connected to nature.
