This new multifamily housing project is situated on an underutilized parcel of land owned by St. Paul’s Cathedral, in the walkable Banker’s Hill neighborhood. The area is adjacent to the expansive 1,600 acres of parklands and museums of Balboa Park. The development is a ground-up project that preserves the historic architecture of St. Paul’s Cathedral while incorporating modernized and expanded spaces, including upgrades to the public courtyard.

The interior boasts a modern, open-plan living room with breathtaking views of the city skyline. A large, organic-shaped coffee table anchors the space, surrounded by plush gray sofas and armchairs that invite relaxation.
