CHOU TABLE LAMP

Chou is an imaginative table light whose design was inspired by the 1960 film ‘The World of Susie Wong’. Designed by Clara del Portillo and Alex Selma of Yonoh, Chou conjures up the magic of East Asia. Chou’s design is similar to the simple chouchin, a traditional Japanese paper lantern (that originated in China): in place of paper, Chou explores the folding and overlapping of wood veneer. This intriguing light reimagines the paper lantern for contemporary living.

Chou Tall is a larger, dreamy version of the Chou lamp, with a warm, cozy light that fills any space. With its practical handle, it is ideal as both a floor and table lamp and pairs beautifully with the smaller Chou Short.
