Now entering its lucky 13th year, the Andreu World design competition is open for submissions. The brief: design an innovative seat or table which aligns itself with the product philosophy of Andreu World, is available and viable for mass production, incorporates versatility and suitability for development in home, contract work markets etc. The prize:  3,000 Euros, together with some serious bragging notes.  Let us not forget a furniture piece with the possible inclusion in the production repertoire of Andreu World, a company holding vast tradition which expertly exports from Europe to five continents with an impeccable international brand presence. The calibre of design is high – see below, a collage of the previous few years’ finalists. Easy, right?
